This past weekend, under the tender energies of the New Moon, we gathered as sisters, seekers, and sacred mirrors for a Goddess Hike that was nothing short of soul-stirring. As the moon reset her cycle, so too did we—breathing in renewal, exhaling old stories, and walking together into the soft mystery of what’s next.

We met beneath the early morning sky, the dew still fresh on the Earth, and set our intentions before taking our first steps. Each woman came with something to release, something to call in, and something to reclaim. The trail became a sacred altar, and each footstep a prayer.

Embodied Awakening on the Mountaintop

We danced freely on the mountaintop, awakening our sacral chakras through intentional movement—shaking off frustration, fear, and stagnant energy. With each sway, we reclaimed our sensual power and embodied release as a sacred act of liberation and joy.

Waterfall Cleansing & Cosmic Walking

At the waterfall, we paused to be cleansed—allowing its cool, flowing waters to wash over us, refreshing our bodies and renewing our spirits. The sound of the rushing water felt like nature’s lullaby, clearing space for peace to land.

In reverent silence, we walked as priestesses, anchoring our affirmations into the Earth’s cosmic grid with every step. When we reached the summit, we turned our hearts toward the sun, receiving its radiant codes of clarity, strength, and divine love.

Sacred Sound & Sweet Celebration

We then indulged in a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the healing frequencies to ripple through our cells—soothing our nervous systems and tuning us into higher vibrations. Time stood still as we surrendered into the sacred sounds, opening portals within.

And at the end of our sacred journey, we sipped our goddess juice—sweet, vibrant, and full of life—sealing the experience with nourishment, celebration, and gratitude.

More Than a Hike: A Homecoming

This hike wasn’t just about moving our bodies through nature. It was about coming home to the feminine within.

We walked as Artemis would—free, fierce, and in tune with the pulse of the Earth.

We honored Oshun’s sensuality and Yemaya’s healing waters.

We remembered the power of women walking, praying, dancing, and dreaming together.
